Refund & Return FAQ’s:
A customer will receive a REFUND within 2 working DAYS if products bought are:
- Broken-Contains/shows signs of being damaged physically
- Scratches – Contains scratches of any sort/not in brand-new shape.
- No delivery done: If a customer hasn’t received a product within 2 days of purchase
A customer is eligible to RETURN any product found with any issue listed below
- Not working as intended–The product does not power “ON” when started or does not perform as expected (APPLICABLE WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD ONLY!!)
