LOCAL PICKUP:

Customers can be able to collect their orders in-person from our main shop. Once the customer is satisfied with the product and the payment has been confirmed, he/she can proceed to take the product. Our main shop is open from Monday to Saturday from (8:00 AM to 6:00PM).

SHIPPING WITHIN NAIROBI (LOCAL DELIVERY):

• Smartbuy Kenya guarantees same-day delivery to all our customers based within Nairobi. Customers can choose either to pay on delivery or online using M-PESA.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE NAIROBI.

• During checkout, customers living outside Nairobi, must fill their correct address details to avoid any confusion.

Processing time:

• Orders will be processed within 24 hours and dispatched on the same day.
